- Customer had severe wear using steel liners to mulch pistachio shells.
- OEM liners were ¼” AR400 and were only lasting 2-5 hours each liner.
- We first upgraded to ¼” Hardox 500 and doubled the life to 8-10 hours each.
- With Duroxite 100 we doubled the wear hours again to 16-20 hours.
- Customer wanted more wear so we moved to Duroxite 201. First set hours are in and went from 16-20 hours to over 150 hours!
